Free Form Fitness Boot Camp does one thing, and we do it better than anyone else. We are the Home of the After Burn workout. A group personal training program where you’ll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 30 minutes. Free Form Fitness Boot Camp is an energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

I got into weightlifting back in 2008 while I was in college. Although I had no prior knowledge besides what I saw online, I became comfortable with my training and quickly found myself being asked questions about my workout routines and my diet from curious members in my gym. It was then that I decided to get a certification and learn the science behind exercise and nutrition. Since then I have worked with many sports clubs and privately with personal clients training for a variety of goals including weight loss, functional training, and sports conditioning. Today, Boston Fit Body Bootcamp presents a happy medium where I can challenge groups of clients with intense boot camp sessions and still focus on individual training on the side.
Over the years I?ve found that providing a challenging, effective and educational workout experience leads to sustained success. I believe that exercise is more than just conditioning for the body, it builds the foundation for a healthy mind and healthier lifestyle. Once I can get someone to see and understand their improvements over time, everything else falls into place and their goals become much more attainable.

Leslie has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade. She recognized her love for fitness at the age of 16, falling in love with running and group fitness classes. She quickly learned working out empowered both her mind and her body, and has always helped her get through challenging times. As a result she went on to make a career out of her passion, attending UMass Boston and gaining certifications in both personal training and group fitness coaching. She and her staff strive to improve the fitness level of each member, regardless of age, skill, or limitations. She started as a personal training then moved onto management, where she enjoys having an input to make a difference in the facilities she’s committed to.
Her favorite formats to teach are Cardio Kickboxing, TRX, Tabata, Contact Boxing, Sports Conditioning, Strength Training, and Bootcamp style classes. Leslie has a personal training certification through NFPT, NASM fundamentals, PNF stretching workshop, Balance Point Barre certification, Reaction Cycling, Contact Boxing Level 1, AFAA Group Exercise. Through the union of these specialties, she is able to keep her clients sweating, smiling and walking away feeling like they gave it their best! After all, improvement is empowering!

?Enough is NOT enough? is a philosophy I?ve lived by during my whole life and it?s a mentality I expect my clients to adopt when they train with me.? My journey started when I was a kid and worked my tail off as a 3-sport athlete: Basketball, Baseball, and Football. On that note, I have a really competitive drive and I always want to win and expect the same from my clients. You should want to win and achieve all health-related goals you have for yourself.
To be ?healthy? is to be physically fit, mentally conditioned and in well-being.? I hope to help all of my clients overcome any obstacles they may have and achieve these ?healthy? conditions with my experience.? My experience includes A Nationally recognized Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), multiple internships and 5+ years experience in the industry. During my 5+ years of being in this industry, I?ve worked with multiple types of people with arrays of fitness related goals.? I?ve worked with people ranging from D1 athletes to adolescent children, to the average adult. Aside from these credentials, I plan to further my education in health and fitness for years to come.

As a CPT, I focus on detailed program development. I have designed strength and mobility routines for circuit classes up to 30 people down to one on one training for individuals requiring more goal oriented training or clients needing regression throughout their fitness routines. I have held nutritional seminars for basic education as well as designing nutritional programs helping clients reach their weight loss goals. I have used nutrition as a primary tool for competitive body building. My style of training focuses on form by using the Functional Movement System also known as FMS and high levels of intensity. With my training you will understand using the basics in combination with focus and commitment will create optimal goal achievement.
